TRX  Training
is currently offered ​ 2 days/week at 7:30 AM.

Wednesday is TRX Total Body, a Total Body Workout infused with "joint-friendly" Cardio Intervals.

FridayTRX FLOW is a low-impact,
Total Body Workout focusing on
Strengthening & Lengthening Muscles while working on our stability & mobility.
