TRX Training is currently offered twice a week at 7:30 AM. Tuesday is TRX Total Body, a Total Body Workout infused with "joint-friendly" Cardio Intervals. & Thursday is TRX FLOW, a low impact, Total Body Workout focusing on Strengthening & Lengthening Muscles. 8 Sessions per month for only $60 ALL INCLUSIVE SFRIENT RATE only $50 "I feel so much stronger since starting TRX with Kelley. My golf drive has improved so much so that even the guys are impressed, and I've won a couple golf tournaments since working on the TRX Suspension and Rip Trainers with Kelley.
