Kelley Dameo is a health & fitness professional passionate about helping others achieve optimal health and wellness while striving for longevity. After decades of being an exercise participant and fitness fanatic, Kelley switched gears and turned her passion towards teaching. Her introduction to TRX Suspension Training ignited her enthusiasm, and after training on the TRX as a client, Kelley went on to become a certified Black Rank TRX Coach. After multiple classes and training summits, Kelley also became a Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach with the American Council on Exercise and is currently completing her Personal Trainer & Nutritionist Certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
After training and learning from the best in the industry, Kelley enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with her clients through professional training and coaching sessions that have a very personal feel. Kelley has endured overuse injuries, accidents, and lengthy rehabilitation in a world of extremes and unexpected mishaps. These experiences are also a critical factor in her ability to relate and correlate while preparing the best programs for her clients. Whether it is improving golf swings & lacrosse shots or battling Multiple Sclerosis & Arthritis, Kelley's clients cover a broad range of fitness levels and abilities. Her client's successes inspire her to continue helping others to get stronger and move better. Kelley values her time with friends and family, and when she isn’t rooting on her three children in some capacity, she is off participating in activities she enjoys. Whether she is paddle-boarding, boating, or running on the boardwalk, Kelley is always planning her next adventure, making the most of her life experiences, and sharing her passion in hopes to inspire others.
