"I absolutely love Kelley's class! It can be tough sometimes getting motivated for that 8:00 AM class, and I always regret when I miss it, but am never sorry when I do it!
She is a great motivator and always gives options for each targeted exercise.
I've lost about 6 inches overall and have gone down a size since I started in April.
Those squats & leg exercises have made me much stronger.
Today I rocked my 2 year old grandson for 45 minutes, STANDING UP!

Kelley has been such a great influence in my health.
She is motivating, encouraging, and she really knows what works to get us into our best shape & mindset.
